License Terms

These license terms apply to all designs downloaded from GlamSVG.com, unless otherwise stated.

Personal Use License (FREE)

The Personal Use License allows you to use the design for personal, non-commercial projects only.

You MAY:

  • Use the file to create physical items for yourself
  • Create gifts for friends or family
  • Use the file for personal crafting and hobby projects

Attribution (Required)

When using a design under the Personal Use License, attribution is required.

Please credit GlamSVG in a visible way and, when possible, include a link to: https://glamsvg.com

You MAY NOT:

  • Sell physical items made with the design
  • Use the design for any commercial or income-generating purpose
  • Resell, share, redistribute, or give away the digital file
  • Upload the file (or any part of it) to any website, platform, or marketplace
  • Include the file in digital bundles, collections, or downloads
  • Digitally reproduce, trace, or modify the file for redistribution

Personal Use files are free, but remain copyrighted and fully owned by GlamSVG.

Commercial Use License

A Commercial Use License is required if you plan to sell physical products made using a GlamSVG design.

Commercial licenses are sold separately through our official Etsy shop: https://www.etsy.com/shop/GlamSVG

This website does not sell commercial licenses.

You MAY (with a valid commercial license):

  • Create and sell physical products such as, t-shirts, mugs, tote bags, decals, signs, stickers and more
  • Sell items online, in stores, or at markets
  • This license applies to physical end products only

You MAY NOT:

  • Resell, share, or redistribute the digital file
  • Sell or give away the file in any digital format
  • Upload the file to Print on Demand (POD) platforms
  • Use GlamSVG designs to create or sell digital products (SVG, PNG, clipart, templates, etc.)
  • Include the file in digital products, templates, or bundles
  • Use part or all of a design to create new digital files for sale
  • Digitize or convert the designs into embroidery files
  • Claim the design as your own or as original artwork

The Commercial Use License does not transfer ownership of the digital file.

Digital File Restrictions

Regardless of license type:

  • Digital files may never be resold, shared, or redistributed
  • Files may not be uploaded to:
    • Etsy
    • Creative Market
    • Design bundles
    • Facebook groups
    • File-sharing websites
  • Modifying, tracing, recreating, or slightly altering a design does not make it new or original

Availability on Other Platforms

Cricut Design Space (Contributing Artist Program)

GlamSVG is a Cricut Contributing Artist (CAP). Several of our designs are also available directly on Cricut Design Space.

If you are a Cricut Access Member, some designs may be available for free through the Cricut Design Space app.

Important notice:

When a design is used directly within Cricut Design Space (for example, added to canvas through the Cricut app), it is governed by Cricut’s own licensing terms, not by GlamSVG’s license terms.

CAP designs used within Cricut Design Space are NOT covered by the Cricut Angel Policy. Usage rights are determined solely by Cricut’s Contributing Artist Program and Cricut’s platform-specific policies.

GlamSVG designs are also available for purchase on our official Etsy shop:

License terms may vary depending on the platform where a design is purchased or downloaded. Please always refer to the license information provided at the time of purchase.

Copyright & Ownership

All designs remain the intellectual property of GlamSVG. Purchasing or downloading a file does not transfer copyright ownership.

Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are available once a file has been downloaded.
