1. Nature of the Service

GlamSVG provides digital SVG design files available for download, either for free or through optional paid licenses. All files are delivered digitally. No physical products are shipped.

2. License & Usage Rights

Unless otherwise stated, all SVG files available on GlamSVG are provided under the following terms:

Personal Use (Free)

  • You MAY:

    • Use the file to create physical items for yourself
    • Create gifts for friends or family
    • Use the file for personal crafting and hobby projects

    You MAY NOT:

    • Sell physical items made with the design
    • Resell, share, redistribute, or give away the digital file
    • Upload the file (or any part of it) to any website, platform, or marketplace
    • Include the file in digital bundles, collections, or downloads
    • Digitally reproduce, trace, or modify the file for redistribution

    Personal Use files are free, but remain copyrighted and owned by GlamSVG.

Commercial Use (Physical Products Only)

  • You MAY:

    • Create and sell physical products such as:
      • T-shirts
      • Mugs
      • Tote bags
      • Decals
      • Signs
      • Stickers
      • Other physical products
    • Sell items online, in stores, or at markets

    You MAY NOT:

    • Resell, share, or redistribute the digital file
    • Sell or give away the file in any digital format
    • Upload the file to print-on-demand platforms as a standalone design
    • Include the file in digital products, templates, or bundles
    • Use the files to create digital products, printables, SVG bundles, POD listings, NFTs, or any downloadable files.
    • Claim the design as your own

    The Commercial Use License applies to physical products only, not to the digital file itself.

3. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

  • Resell or redistribute the files in digital format.

  • Claim the designs as your own.

  • Upload files to sharing platforms, marketplaces, or file repositories.

  • Use the designs in any way that violates applicable laws.

4. Intellectual Property

All designs on GlamSVG are protected by copyright laws. Ownership of the designs remains with GlamSVG. Purchasing or downloading a file does not transfer ownership.

5. Affiliate Links

This website contains affiliate links, including but not limited to Creative Fabrica, Cricut, and Amazon. This means GlamSVG may earn a commission if you make a purchase through these links, at no additional cost to you.

6. Payments

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. GlamSVG does not store or have access to your full payment information.

7. No Refunds

Due to the digital nature of the products, all sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are offered once a file has been downloaded.

8. Disclaimer

All files are provided “as is.” GlamSVG makes no guarantees regarding compatibility with specific machines or software.

9. Limitation of Liability

GlamSVG shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the files.

10. Changes to Terms

GlamSVG reserves the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable in the Province of Quebec, Canada.
