Privacy policy
How GlamSVG handles personal information. Last updated 16 October 2026.
The short version
This site is a catalogue. You can browse every page of it without giving us anything. We set no cookies on the public site, run no analytics, and do not log your IP address. The only personal information we hold is what you type into a form: an email address for the newsletter, or your name, email and message if you write to us.
Who is responsible
GlamSVG, operating from Quebec, Canada. The person in charge of personal information protection is GlamSVG. To reach us about anything on this page, use higlamsvg@gmail.com.
What we collect
Your email address, if you subscribe to the newsletter. We use it to send occasional emails about new designs and nothing else. We do not sell it, rent it or share it with advertisers, and every email has an unsubscribe link.
A message, if you write to us. The contact form asks for your name, your email address and your message, and which design it is about if you wrote from one. We use them only to answer you, and do not add you to the newsletter or share them with anyone.
A report, if you send one. When you tell us an M Number does not work, we store which design it was, the number as it stood at that moment, and whatever you typed in the box. Please do not put personal details in that box, it is not designed to hold them.
What we do not collect
No cookies on the public site. No Google Analytics or any other analytics. No advertising or social media tracking pixels. No IP addresses or browser fingerprints recorded by this site. The Pinterest and Facebook buttons on a design page are ordinary links: they load nothing and report nothing unless you click them.
Each design counts how many times its page has been opened. That is a single number stored on the design itself, used to sort popular designs. It is not connected to you, and it could not be, nothing identifying you is recorded alongside it.
Who else is involved
Running a website means other companies handle data on our behalf. Ours are Vercel, which hosts the site, and Supabase, which stores the database and the images. Both run servers in the United States, so an email address you give us is stored outside Quebec. They act only on our instructions.
When you buy a file, the payment is handled by the shop you buy it through. That shop is the seller of record for the transaction and handles your payment details under its own privacy policy. We never see your card number.
Our hosting providers keep their own technical logs, which can include IP addresses, for security and to keep the service running. That is their processing under their terms, and we do not use those logs for anything.
How long we keep it
Your email stays on the list until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, and then it goes. Messages from the contact form are kept while we answer and follow up, and deleted once they are no longer needed; ask and we will delete yours sooner. Reports about M Numbers are kept until the number has been fixed and deleted once they are no longer useful.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, ask for a copy in a portable format, and withdraw your consent at any time. Write to higlamsvg@gmail.com and we will answer within 30 days. If you are in Quebec and our answer does not satisfy you, you can complain to the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec. If you are in the EU or the UK, you can complain to your local data protection authority.
If something goes wrong
If personal information held by us is lost or exposed in a way that creates a risk of serious harm, we will notify the people affected and the relevant regulator, as the law requires.
Changes
When this site starts collecting something new, this page changes in the same release, it is written from the site’s own settings rather than kept up to date by hand. The date at the top says when the wording last changed. See also cookies and terms of use.
